First and foremost, martial arts offer exciting and dynamic training for the mind, body and spirit. The USA Black Belt Schools offers our adult students a dynamic step-by-step workout coached by a nationally certified instructor at every class you attend.

Physical Conditioning

Unlike other workout alternatives available to adults, USA Black Belt Champions offers a workout that includes all primary aspects of physical conditioning - Strength Development, Cardiopulmonary Conditioning and Flexibility Training.

Leadership Training

Consistent with the unique history and practice of the martial arts, our core curriculum includes high-energy drills designed to build and hone self-control and self-discipline. Through positive coaching we instill confidence and develop skills in relationship building, personal development, manners and protocol as well as building your personal knowledge in maintaining your personal health and fitness.

Staying with your workout can be a real challenge in the typical health club, gym or personal training exercise programs. The group dynamics, professional coaching for each training session, belt ranking and award system can truly make the difference when it comes to sticking with your training in one of our dojos. Not to mention, our classes are held six days and evenings each week. Super clean and matted surfaces are disinfected daily for your comfort and health. A positive and encouraging environment is at the heart of each USA Black Belt Champion school.

Self Defense

USA Black Belt Champions offer a street-smart mixed martial arts system that incorporates the best of karate, kickboxing, American boxing, ground defense and Jiu-jitsu (submission grappling). Each of these martial arts are blended in a comprehensive self-defense system designed to instill championship mindset and confidence in virtually any self-defense situation.

Stress Relief

Our workouts burn calories, relieve tension and stress, promote a sense of calm confidence and build energy. Adults often remark that the stress relief component of our training keeps them coming back for more. As adults, we need to reduce our stress factor daily. Our adult students look forward to "leaving their troubles in their shoes" and enjoying a high-energy, positively focused workout led each day by professional nationally certified floor instructors.
