We joined LaVallee's USA Black Belt Champions two months after our son enrolled in the Little Champions program as something we could do together as a family. Little did we know it would improve not only our physical fitness and stamina, but has strengthened every part of our daily lives from our unity as a family, including parenting skills, to our success and accomplishments in the work place. The training along with the inspirational messages and support given by the staff constantly challenges us to be the best we can be. Training for Life. ASAH!

Personal Thoughts
Martial Arts has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It has been the driving force that has shaped me into the person that I am today. The bonds and relationships I have formed over the years are priceless. What I have received from the martial arts is not nearly as important as what I have become.

Personal Thoughts:

Martial arts is in my blood. Ive been around a dojo as long as I can remember and everyday it just gets better and better. Now as an adult, I have the privilege of sharing my experience and love of the martial arts with others. Nothing is better than seeing the positive and lasting changes the martial arts makes in people lives; to know that I play even the smallest part in that is infinitely rewarding.
